Start mornings with coffee on the breezeway patio, spend afternoons playing bocce beneath the towering pines, and end the night in the hot tub or around the fire-pit swings. The cabin features 3 king suites, a loft arcade bunkroom, 4 full baths, EV charging, and a massive covered patio just minutes from dining, Broken Bow Lake, and hiking. Sleeps 10 comfortably.
The Space
Pack Haus is a modern design-forward retreat in the heart of Hochatown featuring a private bocce court, hot tub, fire-pit swings, arcade loft, EV charger, and a massive covered patio made for slow mornings and late nights. Personally hosted by Michael and Julie Harman, it's designed for families, friends, and couples. This home offers a relaxed, thoughtfully arranged space just minutes from Broken Bow Lake, top dining, and local attractions.
The open great room features plenty of natural light, cozy seating, a gas fireplace, and a fully equipped kitchen that's ideal for cooking together or unwinding after a day outdoors. Three king suites, each with a private bath, provide comfort and privacy, while the upstairs loft offers two twin-over-twin bunks and an arcade area perfect for kids or teens.
Step outside to enjoy a large covered patio with a gas fireplace, live TV, 6-burner gas grill, outdoor dining table, and comfortable seating. The hot tub, private bocce ball/sport court, and fire-pit area with a bench swing and two egg swings make it easy to spend full days outside relaxing or playing. A Tesla Universal Charger is also available for EV guests.
Pack Haus places you minutes from hiking trails, the lake, breweries, wineries, shops, and family-friendly activities—making it an easy home base for both adventure and downtime.

The Story Behind Pack Haus
Pack Haus is our family-owned and personally managed cabin, and the only property we host. Michael grew up visiting Hochatown, Broken Bow, and Beavers Bend State Park with his family, and over the years, those trips became some of his favorite memories. Creating Pack Haus was an opportunity to invest in a place that has meant so much to us and share that experience with others.
With a background in graphic design and photography, Michael thoughtfully designed the cabin with an attention to detail that shapes every part of the stay. Julie’s background in hospitality helped create a guest experience that feels warm, seamless, and welcoming from the moment you arrive.
We live in Austin with our son Thomas and our goldendoodle Teddy, and we hope Pack Haus feels as comfortable and memorable to your family as it does to ours.
